This wonderful dish spans many generations and is a year-round favorite in my kitchen. Slow-cooked Hen, Lula B’s Cornbread, homemade stock, scallions, a touch of sage, and other spices all combined and cooked to perfection. This dressing makes a wonderful side dish for most any meal. Do not forget the cranberry sauce!
