Oh my goodness! This dish is second only to the Crab & Corn Bisque! Wonderful Southern Style Gumbo made with fresh jumbo lump Crabmeat, fresh Gulf shrimp, County Pleasin’ sausage, a spicy homemade Roux, sautéed Vidalia onions, all slowly cooked in a homemade stock. Mercy! Excellent with Jasmine Rice. Forget the crackers, serve this with a piece of Lula B’s Cornbread. Note: watch out for the Bay Leaves!
